You pay for medication when you book your physician visit. If the physician says you're not eligible, OpenLoop refunds the medication charge in 3 to 5 business days. The $50 for labs isn't refunded.
Supplement subscriptions
Cancel anytime from the account link in any order email. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current month's shipment isn't refunded once it has shipped.
The complete-baseline add-on
If you added tests and supplements after starting a hormone panel, you may cancel within 30 days for a full refund on unopened items, regardless of what the labs show.
At-home sperm tests
Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Opened kits can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
